Had a specific design in mind and went here to see if they could help me, as I have used them previously for cleaning and jewelry repair and they did a great job. Brandy was extremely helpful and seriously bent over backwards to get me exactly what I wanted. Had the stones shipped there on consignment so that I could look them over prior to making a decision. Once I approved the stones, the ring took about two weeks to be completed and Brandy made sure I knew when it was ready. When I picked it up, its surpassed my husbands and my expectations by far. She additionally offered to clean my other jewelry while we were there, all three times. Additionally, the ring was a bit too big, even though we measured prior to ordering it, and Brandy made sure I knew that they would make it right no matter what. Im in love with this jewelry store and will utilize them from now on.
