1 /5 Lizabeth Zaragoza: I just left so angry. There was a sale for ANA sandals. $17.99-$19.99 all ANA sandals. I take like 30 minutes trying on different styles planning to buy at-least 3 pair of sandals. Then an employee comes by the shoe section and I ask her can I order a different size online for the same price? And she says no I’m going to take this promo off it’s not valid as of this morning. And I head on to check out thinking they were going to validate the promo because it wasn’t taken down yet. I already had the shoes picked out that I wanted. And the lady at checkout says oh let me go see if the promo is still up. And basically the two girls teamed up to not give me the promo because after I had left to checkout the one lady working at shoes took off the promo.

1 /5 Dorothy Jordan: Not so good. Staff was very pleasant but I got to say there clothes arent as good as they use to be back in the day. Walmart has upgraded there clothes and if rather buy Walmart clothes than JCPENNEY. Sorry JCPenney

5 /5 Patrick Miller: Everything is on sale and the staff here is surprisingly helpful compared to some other JCPennys I’ve been too. It’s a little cluttered with the sales going on. Not sure if they are going out of business but just about everything is 50% off.

1 /5 Wallace: Got my hair cut here and the lady had ruined my hair extensions. And then she had the nerve to charge me 32.00 .. JC Penny you will be paying for my new hair extensions and to get them installed. This is completely unacceptable.. People I would go spend your money else where, make this your last option. I have always thought JC Penny had professional stylists who knew how to cut hair. How do you explain this. And when I asked her that question she said its because I have two different colors in my hair.. so disappointed and regretful

5 /5 David Tipton: I ordered a beautiful silver 1 CT cubic zirconia ring. The lady behind the counter that worked there about between 1pm to 2:30 pm was awesome! She let me size my ring finger showed me the ring that I was I interested in even though that particular ring did not fit I still ordered the same one online just a different size. She was so kind and thoughtful to my needs and I appreciate all her help I just wish I knew her name Im sorry but yall can figure it out and let her know she is appreciated!
