They have always been so kind to us and also honest about what is possible and what was not. I really appreciate the honesty. Even though our pieces were simple or inexpensive, they always treated it with the same level of care as an expensive piece of jewelry. I highly recommend them.

They were incredibly kind, communicative, and professional. They explained the process, listened to what I wanted, and made sure everything was done just right.
