Elizabeth Ashley Buck MJ was so caring and sweet to me today. I have never had anyone care for my jewelry as much as I do. She inspected my bracelet for the charms to make sure they were placed properly on my bracelet correctly, and found that my clasp was wrong and ordered it to be corrected when my new charm was placed. I have never had this done to my bracelet before. MJ then helped me with an exchange of my anklet, and painstakingly counted each little heart to ensure my charms were replaced perfectly spaced, and perfectly positioned; counting 20 of them between each charm. Then ordered each of them to be placed on my anklet with the correct silver smaller pieces so they look and feel better. The original silver connectors were the large ones intended for the bracelets. In all my years of purchasing jewelry from James Avery, I have NEVER encountered this level of customer service. Correction, never in my life, have I been treated so nice. Turned my day around in an instant. This will be my store now and forever.

Charles B I’ve had my Movado Classic for over 14 years—it’s been with me through a lot. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped it, and the face snapped out. I searched online for a repair or jewelry shop nearby, but couldn’t find anything convenient. I decided to head toward the mall and, on a whim, checked Google Maps again. That’s when Plano Custom Jewelers popped up—less than half a mile away. I made a quick U-turn and headed straight there. When I arrived, a couple was getting some rings resized, and a polite young gentleman greeted me right away and asked how he could help. I told him I could wait. Just two minutes later, the owner, Willie, came out from the back. I explained what happened, and he took a look at my watch. Without hesitation, he went into the back and put it back together. But that’s not all—he also cleaned the watch and made it look almost brand new again! Willie was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. No pressure, no upselling—just great customer service. It’s rare to find a local business like this that truly cares. They also have a really nice selection of unique watches and jewelry. I highly recommend Plano Custom Jewelers if you’re looking for quality service and genuine people. Support your local businesses—you won’t regret it.

A A My wedding ring broke. I went to Azteca Jewelry, the guy fixed and resized it to my complete satisfaction. The service was fast ( he finished it in just 30 minutes or so). The cleaning and polishing made it look brand new although I had this ring for 29 years. The best part is, the pricing is reasonable! Thank you Azteca. Ill come back again. By the way, I edited this review to add that I ended up glancing at my ring more simply because it looks fresh and sparkly. It also feels comfortable after he resized it. Good job!

I sizes my wedding band the first time and the second time I replaced the stone and had a minor repair, TK assisted me and his customer service was impeccable! He takes care of all customers and acknowledges everyone with respect! He never made me feel looked down on which I’ve received from other jewelry stores, the price was fair!!! Irene M I wear this necklace every day—I love it! It fits comfortably, even while I sleep, and it never gets tangled. That’s what I really appreciate! Most necklaces tend to tangle, but this one is so finely made that it doesn’t get caught on anything. All of their jewelry is authentic and lovely.
