Gino was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect ring. He made the whole experience feel personal and pressure-free, which I truly appreciated. The rest of the staff were also friendly and professional, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment. It’s clear that great customer service is a priority throughout the entire store. The ring I purchased exceeded my expectations—its beautifully crafted and exactly what I was looking for. Gino helped me and my Fiancè buy the most beautiful ring at the best price and promised a one day resizing. We came back the next morning and, as promised, resized my ring two and a half sizes by the evening. They are amazing and I will recommend them to everyone. Family owned, dependable, and go above and beyond to keep their word. Would give six stars if I could!!
