brook wilkins My mother (Mrs. Wilkes) went by this location about a month ago to have some repairs done on a ring. The gentleman who helped her was so very friendly and helpful. He was able to get her repairs done the same day and at a super reasonable price. And on top of it all he cleaned it to like new condition and it looks amazing!! She was so thrilled with her experience that she now tells everyone she knows that this is THE PLACE to go for any kind of jewelry purchase or repair. Highly highly recommend this place.

antonio rodriguez Its been a couple days, but i wanted to say i had an amazing experience with this business. I took a silver ring...was bent ,dirty, and didnt fit, a week later i received a call that it was ready, I showed up... Ring was cleaned, reshaped and fit perfectly. And the price was way lower than other locations. I want to thank you for your professionalism and craftsmanship. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a great place to handle their jewelry.

Love how the charms represent a special time or memory in my life. Makes great birthday, Christmas or Mothers Day gifts! The staff is always polite, helpful, and do a great job polishing my jewelry which is FREE! They have recently remodeled and I love the new look. Its also awesome that James Avery is a Texas based company.

Bruce Patulski We had such a GREAT experience!!! All the credit goes to the AMAZING ladies (Jennifer & Maria) who did the piercing for our little angel!!! I was very hesitant to let our daughter get her ears pierced (crazy DAD syndrome lol), but I researched & found that Banter had phenomenal reviews & I can honestly say that they are rightfully deserved!!! The ladies made our little munchkin feel so comfortable & the they did a very professional job!!! She has been showing-off her earrings since she had them done.....we cannot wait for the follow-up visit to thank yall again!!!
