His expertise saved us from making a mistake with an online purchase that wouldn’t have suited my preferences. The only person I would consider to help with this task is Jay Horgan, owner of Houston Diamond Outlet. I called Jay, explained what my son was looking for and Jay told me to come on down and he has exactly what my son was looking for. Within a few weeks, the decision was made and the ring is perfect! I can’t wait for my son to propose with this beauty!!! It’s a 2 carat oval stone in a diamond hidden halo setting. Great service, fair pricing and a joy to work with. Thank you Jay!!!

Miami M It was my first time ever walking into a Kendra Scott boutique. First of, the store was very clean & smelt so good & I was immediately greeted by Erica while she was closing a sale with another customer. I walked in & was complimented by Christian & asked if I needed help. I was there for an event Erica & Dee were hosting. The way the ladies work so well as a team & the treatment I received at this location was immaculate! I do wish in the future, because there were so many selections to have bigger ring sizes in store instead of having to wait to order, but other then that I had a fabulous experience with the staff at this location. Great job! Thank you again Erica & Dee! I will be back.

Crystal Tan I just Googled this place to have my jewelry repaired. I had my earrings lock repaired and my watch battery replaced. you have to drive by slowly to not miss the place bec it’s not a big one. It has a small driveway for you to park. The older gentleman greeted me, he doesn’t speak much english and I don’t speak spanish but he was able to understand what I needed fixed. He fixed my earrings and replaced the battery of my watch in 20 minutes! He charged me $40 and I thought that was a reasonable price. They only accept cash or zelle for payment. I highly recommend this place. If you are also looking for jewelry, Garcia’s has a lot that you can check out.

Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! Erika Stumbled upon this store a couple months ago while killing time before my dinner reservation next door, and I ended up buying a beautiful gold/diamond necklace for my mom and gold hoop earrings for myself. I was really impressed with the selection available and the quality as well. The owner was a really nice Korean American man who was super knowledgable and helpful when I had questions about the differences in materials/diamonds/etc. I wear my hoop earrings literally every day, and they still look as good as new. Ive actually told several family members about this place now and theyve also bought a few items from here and have all had good experiences too!
