Charles B I’ve had my Movado Classic for over 14 years—it’s been with me through a lot. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped it, and the face snapped out. I searched online for a repair or jewelry shop nearby, but couldn’t find anything convenient. I decided to head toward the mall and, on a whim, checked Google Maps again. That’s when Plano Custom Jewelers popped up—less than half a mile away. I made a quick U-turn and headed straight there. When I arrived, a couple was getting some rings resized, and a polite young gentleman greeted me right away and asked how he could help. I told him I could wait. Just two minutes later, the owner, Willie, came out from the back. I explained what happened, and he took a look at my watch. Without hesitation, he went into the back and put it back together. But that’s not all—he also cleaned the watch and made it look almost brand new again! Willie was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. No pressure, no upselling—just great customer service. It’s rare to find a local business like this that truly cares. They also have a really nice selection of unique watches and jewelry. Everly Moussa Ruiz I am thoroughly impressed with D’Alonzo by D’Chavezs repair of a pin on my 2008 Bulova watch purchased at K Jewlers, a repair that Bulova was unable to perform, including replacing the battery, which D’Alonzo completed in an impressive timeframe of under 5 minutes. I highly recommend D’Alonzo by D’Chavez for their exceptional skill in repairing unique timepieces.

Trudy Heywood I dont know who the brain child was who designed the checkouts at the doors. Long lines on both sides. Had to wait about 20 minutes. I bought grommet top curtains. They have $20 dollar packaged pairs but they come in 84" long only. These worked on one window. The other window I had to buy 96" long which are too long, come in panels only, $40 each, but they are ok.

Mariah Washington Got the new Sport watch and love! Its so light (I had the first gen and it was really heavy). Taylor convinced me to upgrade it and Im so glad I did. The talk to text works amazing. The band is so soft (even though its silicone it feels like buttery leather). 100% happy with the whole shopping trip there. The store was clean and organized and even though I went after work so it was right around when they were closing the staff was super helpful. Taylor went out of his way to help. ⌚

Marcy I decided to visit yesterday, I was looking at the Amethyst rings. I asked the sales lady if I could see one of the rings. She was very helpful and both ladies had a welcoming and friendly smile. While I was talking to them, I glimpsed to an area with turtles. I asked if they had a ring in my size, they were looking and I tried 2 different sizes. Once I had placed it on my finger, I couldnt take it off. Not because it was tight, but because I fell in love with her (the turtle ring). Well, I paid for the ring and couldnt stop looking at it. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Highly Recommend!!
