5 /5 Rebecca: We came into Jared’s just to get some ideas of things to get for my mom for her birthday and Lily was extremely helpful on showing us different ideas that would include her grandchildren into it. She really knows what she is doing and has a fantastic style and she has wonderful customer service skills. We even got to talk with Benny the manager and he was very welcoming and said we would be in wonderful hands working with Lily! The both of them made it a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to come back and do the actually shopping.

She had all that I needed prepared before I walked into the location. This was amazing customer service. She had so many options for me to choose from and knew her product. She even helped me understand what was causing the issue. I made an excellent choice and purchase with her and she keeps her word. I definitely would come back here. 5 /5 Bob Parson: I and my fiance, Alys, went to the Jareds outside of The Woodlands Mall to shop for an engagement ring and wedding ring set !! We were helped by Cynthia, Mona, Sana and Erin !! Erin helped immensely and found the perfect set for my fiancé !! All the ladies were very helpful but Erin was godsend!! I went back today and bought a ring for myself again with Erins assistance !! I very much recommend this store and these ladies help !! I proposed to my fiance right there in the store and she said Yes !!! They took a video for me and also treated us to champagne after the proposal !! We were also presented a set of champagne glasses to remember the occasion !! This is the best service I have ever received anywhere !!! Thank You to all the staff at Jareds for making a great day even better !!
