Alter’s is a historic jewelry store with hundredth years of service and experience. One can see that from vintage Rolex sing that you will not find even in a posh Swiss chalet town to sprawling selection of jewelry pieces. My wife’s grandmother ring which she was given was bought in Alter’s by her grandfather many years ago. Timeless, collections for Alter’s leave legacy pieces enduring generations. Great experience. CC Ryder Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Photos of original Mirage setting, test fit on myself, boxed new design with "U" connector, and frontal pic of happy sister.

Ingeborg Tauber I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Adams/Manager of Dallas Gold $ Silver in Euless, TX, located on Airport Fwy/Industrial Blvd. in Euless, TX. Mr. Adams extended excellent Customer Service, which is hard to find these days, plus demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. I had two watches, both made and purchased in Europe that needed battery replacement and one needed adjustment to fit my wrist. The battery replacement and wrist adjustment was fixed on location. (Other stores would have sent the watches to another location, because they were made in Europe.) Mr. Adams customer service had no problems solving the repair by himself at the current location. Needless to say that I am a happy and extremely satisfied customer. Mr. Adams, you are recommended to my family, friends and anyone who reads this review. I thank you and greatly appreciate your service.

Everly Moussa I received my 4th and 5th wedding rings from Jesus Ruiz at this store. I exchanged one of my rings for a more expensive one with a better-designed grip on the stones. I do not recommend the pear ring with small diamonds around it, as it is a hassle to repair every stone that falls. Larger diamonds are more practical.

Sarah Jane McLean Anyone complaining about price tags or service obviously didn’t go into the store to spend money in the first place! The owner Alex is so very polite and eager to deal. His work is beautiful, he is amazingly talented. Never go by the price tag in a jewelry store. Always intend to negotiate with the salesman and like any other deal, the price comes down per piece when you buy more. My camera doesn’t do this piece justice. So well made and sturdy.

Ezequiel Cisneros James is excellent on what he does he closed a deal for me and I went home happy he negotiated the price not just stuck to what it says and I aint going to lie he sold me benefits of the item, I would gladly return to this store for his great customer service!!!
