Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful. After I got married I had an issue with my band and they fixed it no problem! I was also impressed that she was the only employee in the store at the moment and was able to attend to 10 customers calmly and very professional. CC Ryder Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Y55 Q Terrible experience. I bought a bracelet for my son’s birthday. I went back the next day because it was too long. They wanted me to pay $70 to shorten it! I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t. They told me I could trade it for something the same value. I got a different and shorter bracelet for a lower value, and they kept the rest. Highly recommended you go somewhere else.
