Our big day is 10/3/25 and they helped make our dreams a reality! I definitely recommend you guys to come here and ask for either of them! Even after the purchase she tremendously helped me and spent more then 30 minutes making sure we had our warranty information set so we had no issues down the road. Quiroz Carlos (TopChulo) So I purchased the green dial the other day and my wife loved it so much we returned to purchase the yellow dial for her. These are absolutely beautiful watches that look much more expensive than what we paid for them. So I have to acknowledge one of the managers at this Rim location Mr Oscar Barrera he is absolutely outstanding and his customer service is exceptional, they did not have the yellow variant at his store but he went out of his way to drive to another store to get this watch for us, he could have Easily told us to go to the other store but he did Not, this is the Exact reason why I shop at this store and I always deal with Oscar. The 3 reasons why I chose this Citizens watch was the colors on the dial are brilliant the president style band looks elegant and its very comfortable and the exhibition case back is a very nice touch, for the price of this watch its hard not to pull the trigger on it, so I did twice . Thank you Oscar you are the Best .

Emily K. Had the most outstanding experience with an employee named Nikki today. My mom was looking for a ring, as she has aged her wedding ring is too big and wide, and she wanted something smaller. She is 82 and mobility is a struggle, she doesn’t get out very much, and it’s a sensitive time- my dad has recently passed. Nikki was so kind and patient, helping her to find her new ring size and showed her a variety of shapes and types of rings. My mom was thrilled with the selection and assistance. I am so grateful for the time and attention to customer service! And it wasn’t just Nikki! I overheard other employees talking to customers, they were so impressive! It’s been a long time since I have been to a store where I have had an experience like that. I will definitely be back! Nikki also gave me a card for a jeweler if I’d like to get my mom’s wedding ring sized, very thoughtful!

Bruce Garcia Decided to check this place out to buy something nice for my wife. It was a pleasant shopping experience. No pressure or rush from the sales associates. The store was clean and the jewelry was displayed in a manner that was not overwhelming to my senses. The manager, Laura, personally tended to my wife and I. She was friendly and answered any questions we had. I don’t usually frequent jewelry stores but would definitely recommend this one.
