When we arrived, Deb was assisting another customer, but the manager stepped in right away and helped us without missing a beat. The customer service at Kay’s is truly unmatched, friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a Memorial Day discount! Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I’m currently on a a European cruise with my wife for her birthday and I have her wonderful bracelet gift with me only because of the amazing service from Lorie and Franzetti. Went out of her way to ensure we could have a specialized option (birthstones of wife and our two kids) created in less time than it should have taken and then overnighted to me in Houston when it made it back to the store in time. The staff is friendly, they can do repairs and they have beautiful merchandise.
