Karli Galloway Every time I come in, I receive exceptional customer service. I was in yesterday to fix a bracelet that had broken. The two ladies at the front were so nice and ordered me a replacement within 5 minutes. A lot of other jewelry companies don’t have this level of customer care, so I really appreciate them!!

Samantha Rodriguez Joi has been helping my mother, sister, and I find the perfect jewelry for years. She is wonderful and always willing to help when in a pickle. After some terrible service at Sunland Park, she was able to help us with some broken earrings and put charms on our bracelets when Sunland Park refused to. Thank you Joi! We will be returning to only Cielo Vista from now on!
