5 /5 Uber Beast35: This place is... WONDERFUL. They dont try to up sale.. they dont point you in the direction they want you to go... They listen to your needs and the occasions, and then point you in the direction to fit those parameters. I told the staff my budget, and the young lady helping me was a big help. The ring I wanted wasnt available, but it didnt matter because I was shown options that fit my needs and walked out happy with my selection. Such a beautiful ring and my wife loves it.

William and Luke were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us set up a profile and went over our payment options. They assisted and added things to our wishlist so we could access them later. Overall great staff and amazing experience!

5 /5 Valencia Baggett: I went into my local Kay Jewelers and was welcomed by Darcel who was so sweet and patient.I had multiple Pieces of jewelry to get cleaned and William was kind enough to take on the task with a nice smile. Everything went so smoothly and even during the wait Luke was kind enough to offer up a friendly conversation. I must say this is one of my favorite locations. The service is always so pleasant and they always go over and beyond to assist.
