1 /5 Amberlee Brown: I wanted to be able to leave a positive review, but unfortunately the Baytown location does not know how to provide customer service to all customers. I watched not only customers but their employees staring strangely at my young adult daughter. I believe she received those strange stares because she was braless under her top. Regardless, they did not offer assistance to her for a while, which seemed odd to me but I’m sure we know why. My daughter purchased two charms and later decided that one was a bit too large for her dainty wrist. On the James Avery website it states that you can exchange charms even if they have been solder you would just need to pay a small fee. My daughter tried to exchange the charm, but the employee told her since it’s been solder it’s considered worn and she cannot exchange it. This entire experience was disappointing because my daughter was not provided with the customer service she rightfully deserved.
