I have had jewelry repaired here and most recently they created a custom ring that has three generations of stones. The craftsmanship is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice!!!! Mike Herrera They have done an excellent job in repairing and cleaning our jewelry. They even resized our wedding rings. They also gave us a good price on upgrading my wife’s diamond in her wedding ring. They used her old diamond chips and put it in a pendant for her. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Y55 Q Terrible experience. I bought a bracelet for my son’s birthday. I went back the next day because it was too long. They wanted me to pay $70 to shorten it! I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t. They told me I could trade it for something the same value. I got a different and shorter bracelet for a lower value, and they kept the rest. Highly recommended you go somewhere else.

Maid for Muddy Paws Stopped in just browsing and came upon this super cute custom jewelry shop. The owner was very sweet and custom cut and made our permanent friendship bracelets. We will always remember this trip now! Thank you! Oh and I ordered like 3 custom rings from her too!

walter kelley Before I went to order my son’s class ring I decided to check the reviews for the Balfour store in Longview Tex that is the closest to me and I went down the line of reviews for that store and I must say I was a little worried about it because some reviews were ruff around the edges however I made the trip anyway hoping for the best.turns out don’t always believe what you hear.maybe those people who had given bad reviews really felt the need to complain about there bad experience they might of had however I must say my experience there was great. The staff could not have been better on my visit they took the time to go over everything we us and I must say they were very polite and helpful in making a choice for a nice ring for my son.thanks so much for being great
