We purchased a Neil Lane ring online, but upon closer inspection, we noticed a hairline crack or imperfection on the diamond. Today, we visited the store seeking guidance, and Denise promptly offered assistance, revealing that they had the same ring in stock in a much superior condition. Katie meticulously cleaned and polished the ring, restoring its sparkle. Super grateful for their friendliness and seamless transaction. Although buying online was convenient, this experience reminds us of the value of in-store shopping for personalized service!

5 /5 Michael Hamlin: I had visited Jared before coming to Kay jewelers. My experience there was less than pleasurable and more expensive. Not the case at Kay. Blaire greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was super personal and very attentive to what I was looking for. I had my fiancés daughters with me and she was more than accommodating with them. Every employee of the store was super nice. Blaire made the process of picking out an engagement. Ring fun. My fiancés oldest daughter who is eight enjoyed this so much. Thank you Blaire for taking care of us and help us pick out the perfect ring.
