They replaced a few diamonds with my childrens and my birthstone. I then went to get the ring resized. It only took a few days, and I am very happy with how it turned out.

The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services.
