He quickly sent my inspiration photo to their design team and kept me updated every step of the way with approvals and progress updates. When my ring arrived, it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. I’m beyond happy with it and truly grateful for the care and attention that went into making it. They were very hard at work painting but the owner was gracious enough to open up the door for my father who was in need of a last minute birthday gift.
