David Garza Mr. Bradley Turner (asst. gen. mngr.) assisted me in turning a disastrous issue with my fiancé s wedding ring and helped turn it around into a very momentous event. Unfortunately initial communication (no fault of his) with sales person went bad. Ring was not ready as promised for my retirement ceremony. Mr. Bradley spoke with me on the phone and not only offered his sincere apologies but offered several options and asked me to come in. I went in and explained I had another chance to propose at my retirement party with close friends and family. He showed me the engagement ring and it exceeded my expectations. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer in large part to this young mans professionalism and courteous manner. He made two cops day. The staff is friendly, they can do repairs and they have beautiful merchandise. We have dealt with several people there including the owner and we are always treated well whether it’s a watch battery or a major purchase. We started going there when they were recommended by close friends who have been going there for years. I trust them to care for our items and to deal fairly. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy business.

Gabby Flores Most predatory and bitter owners. Parking in the back was empty and I parked in the spot of a specific shop I was planning to buy from on my way back from getting kolaches. Parked for 5 minutes and my truck was gone. $300 to get it back and the lot was empty. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE NEAR THEM YOU WILL GET TOWED. Horrible business and people.

She lengthened my toddler’s bracelet (which we had bought from another vendor) for absolutely free when she outgrew it!
