Henry McCarty I recently encountered this jewerly store due to my grandson purchasing a necklace.After he purchased the necklace with in a 3 weeks the clasp become defective (not working).I went to the store to see about a replacement ,after going back and fourth with the salesman and not getting anywhere. I went ahead and had to send it in to be fixed. I paid 27 dollars to repair a necklace that was only purchased 3 week prior. I was not happy about this as my grandson had just turned 15 on the date of purchase.I displayed my disatifcation on this. The owner Shawn contacted me and offered to replace the necklace and to refund my cost for the repair. I met Shawn today at his store and was replaced with a warm welcome and replacement necklace for my grandson. I am truly sorry for posting a negative review on a previous post (that was removed) after speaking with Shawn .I will always come here first on any jewerly purchases in the future. You have earned my trust and thankyou for taking care of this. P.S. Good luck of the fishing trip dont for get to look for the colored apts.

Awwa Ahmed Just bought this charm bracelet at the store called jewelryme inc. IT IS AMAZING! I dont usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to let the world know how much quality this bracelet was. I got so many compliments that I decided to buy a pair of earrings. The shipping was free and the items were reasonably priced. I fell in love with this company, that I hope they dont realize how good they are and start raising the prices. I just found out that they HANDMADE THEIR PRODUCTS!

Karina Khan My husband and I drove 40 minutes multiple times just to come to this location because Shamsha and Maddee made our dream ring come true. I was finally able to get my husband the ring he deserves! They designed a ring we fell in love with by changing only 15 percent of the original design in order for my husband to get it in sterling silver! Thank you so much to the store manager as well who called us multiple times so he could update us. Love this location!

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time.
