Bishoy Elkhaliny Mr. Nazo took exceptional care of me today! I sold him a few pieces of gold including a massive chain and he paid me top dollar for it. He also took his time to shine up a few other pieces of gold I had as well as repaired others, all while I waited and on the spot with no appointment. He was truly kind and genuine. Richard came over and gave me some very good and insightful information to help me when selling gold jewelry. He does sell some very nice jewelry at his store. He is also opening a new store on 518 very soon.

Alaina My Fiancés mom chose to bring me to Kay Jewelers to find my wedding ring and they did not disappoint. Such an incredible place , the jewelry is absolutely stunning and the staff is even better!! Evelyn helped us and she was phenomenal, super friendly, helpful and treated us like family! Dung Le I trusted James Avery that they would actually put the right pendent in. And no I did not order cowboy boots. I give them 2 stars because when I went the woman who helped me was very kind. I could give 1 star because now I need to go back tomorrow to get the right gift I was going to give. The manager needs to train whoever packaged this and have a system for curbside where they show you what you purchased before putting in the back seat. Overall, this is managements fault and the people who put the necklace in the bag. I should of checked right away when they gave it to me but it’s okay. Train better for the holidays is all I am saying. If they gave me the wrong gift I’m sure another customer got the wrong gift. Update: Darlene helped me with this situation and gave me better explanation to what happen. Thank you for your help and being kind.
