Coming up on Year 10, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to upgrade my Wife’s ring as a symbol of how far we’ve come since 2015. We had a couple of ideas of what we (she) liked and styles. With consultation of Farzi we ended up finding the perfect Size & Style for her, forever. Farzi is very personable, relatable and above all knowledgeable in the Jared collections and she also helped us with some custom options in the setting and band.. Still waiting on the band to come in but we know 100% it’s perfect. She instilled that confidence with us & hope she gets plenty of business in the future. Schery Nielson The work was beautiful but I was promised in 2 weeks it took over 2 weeks and when I went to pick up my repairs I was thinking around $200 and it was over $700! If I had known it was going to be that much I would have never had the repairs done. And the one ring that was to be sized is still to big. I won’t go back. Update! I got a call from Jenna very sweet lady. She went over all my concerns there were a few miscommunications and we got everything worked out. Thanks again Jenna! Update: Refund was in my bank and now it’s gone today. What happened??

Mrs Tink Came to get my new wedding ring set soldered together. I was weary to bring it to anyone, but I just happen to drive by here and came in. He was so sweet and even tested my ring for me. I bought it off a shop from TikTok and was worried I got scammed. It was silver and the stone was moissanite. He took 15 minutes to do what I needed and price was cheaper than I expected.

Aaron Cummings Initially I went to have a gold bracelet shortened, which they did an excellent job with. Mr. Dickens does the repairs himself. While there I decided to purchase a new gold wedding band as well. Randi helped me find the perfect type of ring I wanted and was helpful with sizing. They have beautiful jewelry, and anything you might want that they don’t have on hand, they can get within a couple days. I’m a small business owner myself, and I love supporting other local small businesses. I suggest going here before one of those chain jewelry stores.
