Unfortunately, after getting the watch back, I discovered it had been damaged during the repair process. When I returned to address the issue, the staff offered no solution or accountability—instead, they simply told me to send it to the Citizen store myself. Be very careful if youre considering bringing your watch here. In my experience, the service was not only overpriced but also careless, and there was no willingness to make things right once damage was done. I would recommend looking elsewhere for professional and reliable watch repair.

He designed my sweet sixteen ring with my initials on each side, with a personal message engraved on the inside. He also designed my high school class ring with my first and middle name, school, and year! Prompt service and fair prices! Definitely check him out, you wont be disappointed!

Unfortunately, the necklace was slightly thicker and didnt fit the pendant. After visiting several places without success, I met Gerett (please forgive any misspelling), who not only offered to help but also delivered exceptional results. 5 /5 Nate Couch: This is a cool place. They make their own custom jewelry here and its really interesting stuff. Theyll even take jewelry youve already got and turn it into something else for you. The staff are also really good people. Theyre friendly and helpful and not looking to take advantage of you. I took my grandmother here looking to help her sell an old ring she had and they gave her a free appraisal with an offer but also told us where to go shop it around and recommended going elsewhere to make sure we were getting the best deal. Not only that, he cleaned the ring and steamed the diamonds to make it pop for her for no charge! I was blown away by this. He made sure to explain everything to her, and even multiple times offered to change the ring for her and made sure that she was really interested in selling it and parting with it. They just really wanted to help my grandmother out above making a profit on her. This kind of honesty and genuine service is so hard to find these days. Ill be back for sure.
