3 /5 Nini: Ms. Victoria did an amazing job in helping me out to find a gift for my daughter. I really appreciated the help. The only thing was that the Banter website showed they had the item available and they didnt. The girl with colored hair said they tend to do that. It shows on their website the item is available but it really isnt. I had to order what I was looking for through them and I DO NOT recommend it. The company (Sterling Jewelers) did a horrible job on the packaging. It looks like they just threw it in the box. Plus, they didnt even add the birthday message we submitted.
