Craig Thompson Decent little pawn shop. They had a rather unique collection of fire arms that surprised me. The staff was very friendly and helpful although they did not have what I was looking for.

Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.

Kristi Flynn Woods Dwight was amazing in helping me with my repairs and worked diligently to get a pair of necklaces u tangled so they didn’t need to be cut. He showed a true customer service mindset! He also was very personable and entertaining while he worked. Great sense of humor.
