You can see for yourself that they have beautiful pieces with clean lines, and I have to add that their customer service is top notch. John Gonzales The Diamond & Gold Exchange in Lewisville, TX did an excellent job in resizing my ring ! You can’t even tell it has been resized and fits perfectly ! I dealt with Nick & Sam and their customer service was great! They got my ring back to me in a reasonable time. They also replaced the diamond I had lost and made sure the prongs hold it in place so that I don’t lose it again. I definitely recommend people checking them out !

Brianna Norris I needed some links removed from a new Bulova watch I had gotten for my birthday. At first I tried taking it to the actual bulova section of Dillard’s, who refused to help me because I hadn’t bought it from there. But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!
