I regularly coordinate with the manager Jahnell and staff member Mariah. They are very helpful and highly knowledgeable with their job duties. I rate this store and the staff performance , customer service as 5/5 stars. I highly recommend this place.

Jennifer Marsh There are not enough words to say HOW WONDERFUL JEWEL GALLERY IS! I took in 6 rings to be worked on, and five are antiques. The rings turned out absolutely Beautiful! Everyone that works there is not only kind but so professional! I highly recommend Jewel Gallery!!!

CC Ryder Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Photos of original Mirage setting, test fit on myself, boxed new design with "U" connector, and frontal pic of happy sister.

Luzestrella Serrano Its a small business the owners are very kind and I had gotten a few pieces from here before getting my custom piece and all my pieces are very much lived they have the best prices in town for silver. They have great options for gifts and things you may wanna get yourself and they have pieces for all occasions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the market for jewelry. He was very professional and respectful—an outstanding young man. I was pleased to learn that he is also an Army Veteran. His conversation with my husband about shared interests and values was very enjoyable and made the experience more welcoming. This allowed me to take my time browsing. Tyler was very helpful, offering several options and suggestions. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Tyler. Pandora may consider employing more professional staff members to enhance customer service and efficiency.
