When we arrived, Deb was assisting another customer, but the manager stepped in right away and helped us without missing a beat. The customer service at Kay’s is truly unmatched, friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a Memorial Day discount! Erika Iruegas Claudia and Diana helped my mother customize her own diamond EXACTLY how she wanted down to a T. To our surprise the price was way better than what we were expecting to pay, Claudia kept us updated on everything along the way. The 5ct oval cut was way more beautiful than what we even imagined, and picking out the diamond made our experience way more meaningful. I had my wedding set rings made and brought my own center stone, the studio easily sourced the smaller stones for me as they are unique shaped.
