Image of love Ultrasound My grandmother had a beautiful pair of earrings that were my great grandmother’s and wanted to gift them to my daughter for her birthday only problem is one had broken and it didn’t appear it could be fixed. We took it Mallory’s creations and he said he’d give it a shot. He was able to fix them and unless you knew they were broken you’d have no idea. I’m super impressed with the repair as well as the service and the speed of the repair. I’m so thankful she will have this jewelry to cherish for years to come and that Mallory’s creations was able to bring them back to life.

Michael G Outstanding place to get a watch repaired. They have done a repair that required a lot of work and did a great job. I also just had a Pin break in my watch band… I brought it by and he swapped it out in about 35 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime. You don’t come across businesses with this level of service and friendliness and expertise often. Highly recommend.

Chris Goodman These guys are great! Super nice and very professional. I took in a Movado Series 800 in for service and I had them shop off my wedding ring because I couldn’t take it off. They fixed the watch I brought in and resized my ring. My ring looked brand new like the day I got married, 26 years ago. They were quick and super pleasant to work with. Definitely I’ll have to purchase something from them in the near future!

He was very helpful and patient and showed us many options we were looking for whether it be necklaces, pendants, and rings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy jewelry and the warranty benefits they offer. We ended up purchasing the chain and pendant we wanted for a price that was in our budget. Loved the fact that they make their own jewelry in house and very customizable to your own liking.

I found that to be very courteous, as no one seems to extend great customer serve anymore. My item arrived maybe two days later and it fit perfectly! Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.
