I dont usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to let the world know how much quality this bracelet was. I got so many compliments that I decided to buy a pair of earrings. The shipping was free and the items were reasonably priced. I fell in love with this company, that I hope they dont realize how good they are and start raising the prices. I just found out that they HANDMADE THEIR PRODUCTS!

Allison Newsom Cornwell My husband bought my engagement & wedding rings and we got his wedding ring here. We love our custom jewelry. My only complaint, if I have to find one, is their limited hours. We live out of town & are only in the Odessa area for holidays and/or weekends, and they are closed those times (which we totally get, hence not docking the review).

Everly Moussa I received my 4th and 5th wedding rings from Jesus Ruiz at this store. I exchanged one of my rings for a more expensive one with a better-designed grip on the stones. I do not recommend the pear ring with small diamonds around it, as it is a hassle to repair every stone that falls. Larger diamonds are more practical.

I recently pulled the trigger on a Black Bay 41mm with a 5-link bracelet and love it. Thank you Bing, your customer service is exceptional!! Update: I have been in multiple times since my last review and have picked up a new Black Bay 68 with a blue dial and have placed an order for a new tough to get Tudor for my wife. Betty Peet I am new in town and needed some jewelry cleaned and an unusual change made to an old gold necklace. The Clerk spent a lot of time helping, advising and cleaning my pieces...while I waited, free of charge! The change on my other piece was made overnight, at a very reasonable cost, with an offer to buy back gold that was cut off the necklace. All of the transactions were above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so nice and helpful, too!
