5 /5 Brenda Fine: I am so impressed with this company. Not only did I purchase several beautiful pieces of jewelry during their Black Friday Sale. When one of the pieces broke ( my own fault) I returned to the store to see if I could get it repaired. No questions asked. Item was exchanged for a new one. They had to order it for me but is expected to arrive in 2 days. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend

He wasn’t sure which ones to pick for me and told me the staff/managers were super helpful in asking questions about my preferences and giving him ideas for what they thought I would like. He 100% made the right decision and picked out exactly what I would’ve chosen for myself, all thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful associates who work there! Gorjana has been my favorite store to buy gold jewelry from for years now and this experience only solidified that.

From the moment we walked in, my boyfriend and I were greeted with compliments of our outfits after having a little menty b about a stain on my skirt-it was exactly what I needed. I shared my frustration and Colby immediately went to the back to grab me a tide pen, which ultimately made my day 100x better. She and Amber were so easy to talk to and very welcoming with our shopping experience. Amber assisted by pulling multiple necklace types and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. We had great conversation about rings, perfume, jewelry, it was like we were all friends for years! They were both so friendly and embodied what a retail therapy session should be and made this experience so memorable, I can’t wait for my next trip back to this store and add to my collection!!

The jewelry is really easily browsed, which was perfect when I didn’t know what I wanted and one of the girls took the time to help me pick the perfect set of bracelets to compliment each other after I finally had it narrowed down. I haven’t taken them off since!
