Diane Shepherd Max fixed my wedding ring after it got ripped off my finger. Not only was the band broken, but the setting was a mess from a previous repair that wasn’t done well. He put so much care into it, making 32 different welds to get it back to looking brand new and making sure it was strong again. When I got it back, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! So shiny, like the day I first got it. I had forgotten how shinny and beautiful it used to be. Max does amazing work and truly takes pride in what he does.

The process has been easy and clear from the start. Claire is very knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. She approached us focused on helping us design our perfect ring vs just as a sale to close, which we appreciated so much. We had gone to another large chain and it was pushy and impersonal. Overall, loved supporting a women-owned business, working with Claire to design the ring, and the quality. Looking forward to getting wedding bands next!

Regan Wallace Truly cannot recommend Diamonds Direct Fort Worth enough !!! We came in to look at creating a custom engagement ring for me and left with the most incredible experience. Deb and Gwen walked us through the process of creating a custom ring so seamlessly, even sourcing the perfect emerald to match stones we already had and helping us to incorporate other pieces into the final product. Deb was so patient and understanding, making sure we stayed at our budget and got the ring of our dreams! We cannot wait to go back and get started on our wedding bands!

christy smith I went in to have some antique jewelry looked at. Justin was very knowledgeable & although he was unable to purchase those particular pieces from me-he was able to point me in an another direction for those items. I had some other random stuff that he was able to purchase and even gave me a price that i was very pleased with. I was impressed and returned with other items this afternoon. I do plan to return soon & hopefully Ill be able to mark another task completed on my list... Thanks again, Justin, for being very professional and pleasant while taking care of business.

Sara K Love this fabulous shop! So many great finds and the owner Kara is wonderful! Tiffany is so kind & knowledgeable and Lucy the lil dog is adorable. They have a great rewards program and you get a “lucky scoop” of mini crystals with your purchase. Such a fun place to visit!
