2b Been shopping here recently. Love the way things are placed and the ladys at the cologne section are very easy to talk to and had a laugh before buying items there. Lady I jcpenny cashier was super helpful too on showing me how to use the app and other questions I had. Glad to make this place my new cloth store.

DeMorris Angelic Choirs A couple of weeks ago I accidentally vacuumed my chain and cross into my vacuum. I couldnt believe what happened. I was totally devastated. You see I gifted myself this particular piece of jewelry in my 5th year of being Breast Cancer Free, that was 20 years ago. So needless to say it was of Great Sentimental Value. My Heart was broken. A dear friend told me about Reiners and her experience with them. I wasted No Time getting to them, maybe just a matter of a couple hours. I was greeted by a very nice and caring person and explained what had happened. Initially she couldnt tell me if it could be repaired but she Immediately took it to the Jeweler. Even from where I stood I heard her repeat my Story and I Heard the Jeweler exclaim: Holy S**t! When I heard that I immediately thought to myself : All was lost in spite of how Great my friend told me they were. The person that was helping me return to tell me that the Jeweler said he would look at it and would contact me in a few days. I hadnt even gotten out of the neighborhood when I received a call informing me that the Jeweler could fix it but it wouldnt be as before. For me that was an Emphatic YES! Whatever could be done, Please do. Fast forward, I asked for an estimate of the repair cost which was $350/$450 and I thought No amount of money could replace the Value it meant to me. After my approval of the Estimate I was told it could be ready in 2 weeks and they did not disappoint on Repair nor Timeline. I Picked it up yesterday and was Totally Blown Away! I looked Better than the day I bought it. BEAUTIFUL!!!! ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Thank You Reiners for Restoring a Piece of me that I Never want to Forget... My 5th year Breast Cancer Experience (as I get older Forgetting is getting Easier). Every 5yrs I gift myself a New Jewelry Piece and from This point on ALL of my Jewelry will go to: Reiners Fine Jewelry.

He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesnt get bent again, but in the meantime he said hed just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge. Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubbys wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service! Hanna-Rose Hix I have the most stunning ring!! I came in to browse with my fiancé and told Rachel my likes and dislikes about different wedding rings. Then, my fiancé worked with Rachel to design the perfect ring and it turned out amazing! The design process was much quicker than I expected, and I was very surprised to get engaged so soon after visiting the store together! She also had great tips for keeping the ring in our price range. They work with you to get you exactly what you want!

Alice J Beautiful store. Visited this location after being disappointed with a different location, and we were very pleased. There were plenty of customers, but someone greeted us immediately. After browsing another 10 minutes or so, another person greeted us again. Everyone there was so attentive and eager to answer any questions we had, all with a smile. Shopping was a breeze. We purchased a couple of charms and were on our way in no time. They even took the time to remind us of the Mothers Day special, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this location.
