My husband check at another place to see how much will be the custom ring he wanted to order for me. and they charge more, then Sammy gave him a great deal for the same exact thing he wanted.. Very nice guy. Me and my husband will definitely coming back for more.. they have a wide range of selections too.. they offer great deal. They treat you like a family.. yall have to come and visit to see the quality of all this way better than looking at the pictures and videos. And I love my ring..!! It’s sooo beautiful… thanks

Vy Chen this location is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. i went in for a chain and to have a charm engraved, not only was Michelle N rude and unhelpful but the store’s machine didn’t work and my charm had scratches everywhere. my first attempt on engraving the charm was handwritten, a pretty decent size and written within the perimeters. the machine had completely FLIPPED OVER my charm and was writing everything all over the place. they let me redo it again and recommended i used the text setting, which completely ruined the whole purpose of coming in, where i wanted to hand write something but after seeing what happened i settled. i saw the worker pull out another charm from the drawer, where it was completely scratched up. even after using the text setting the charm FLIPPED OVER ONCE AGAIN and looked NOTHING like what was shown. it is completely illegible and looks like chicken scratch, and there is suppose to be a heart written on it????? only after i spent my money and wasted my time the worker THEN AFTER informed me that they have been having problems with the machine, why sell me something that you knew didn’t work?? and people were unhappy with???? i’m upset i wasn’t informed of the issues they had beforehand and how i couldn’t refund this scam. i will never be returning and i hope the worker is retrained thoroughly on customer service and letting them know of any precautions before they spend their money.

Their pricing was also fantastic for the quality and service I received. The entire process felt seamless, personal, and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a custom, high-quality piece! We will definitely be back for our wedding bands.

Allison Newsom Cornwell My husband bought my engagement & wedding rings and we got his wedding ring here. We love our custom jewelry. My only complaint, if I have to find one, is their limited hours. We live out of town & are only in the Odessa area for holidays and/or weekends, and they are closed those times (which we totally get, hence not docking the review).

I got me and my best friend matching birthstone rings. Love the staff super welcoming and accommodating and my new place to stop in every time I visit Houston. PA please open a store in Dallas. P S Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a watch battery put in a Seiko watch and my white gold wedding rings re-rhodiumed and cleaned. They have quick service at very reasonable prices.
