She took her time to explain the different collections and how the color bar works. She recommended a beautiful necklace for my mother’s birthday and not once did I feel pressured to buy like in other stores. I will definitely be coming back!

My daughter got a beautiful tennis bracelet for herself and a nice charm to add to the Free bangle bracelet she is giving to her BFF. Toneil even cleaned our current rings. Definitely ask for her when you’re at this location.

walter kelley Before I went to order my son’s class ring I decided to check the reviews for the Balfour store in Longview Tex that is the closest to me and I went down the line of reviews for that store and I must say I was a little worried about it because some reviews were ruff around the edges however I made the trip anyway hoping for the best.turns out don’t always believe what you hear.maybe those people who had given bad reviews really felt the need to complain about there bad experience they might of had however I must say my experience there was great. The staff could not have been better on my visit they took the time to go over everything we us and I must say they were very polite and helpful in making a choice for a nice ring for my son.thanks so much for being great

josh shirley Definitely a top shop. We order my wedding ring and she had it customized to the T. She even cleaned my fiancé’s ring pro Bono. Mrs.Dana has a great personality and really takes pride in making the special day special. Mrs. Dana is a real jeweler!! Hard to find In our area.
