5 /5 Trinity Davis: I just happen to come across Benolds when on my hunt for an engagement ring. Benolds had excellent customer service! I was helped by Hallie. She went above and beyond to help me find my dream ring. Like most people struggle with everywhere we went, they just felt like they were trying to get us to buy anything. Not this place! It was much appreciated not to feel so pressured. Hallie made finding my ring a breeze. We were so pleased with Benolds that we came back and bought our wedding bands from them too. Every time I get the chance, I make sure to mention them to family and friends. I will be making any future jewelry purchases with Benolds 100%.

We worked with Rachel who was very patient with us. She was knowledgeable in the antique jewelry we brought in along with the rest of the staff. 5 /5 Jon Petersen: I went to Benolds to have a custom band made for my wife to celebrate our ten year anniversary. I had tried at another (reputable) jeweler and abandoned the process after two attempts to match the other band with very poor quality. Luckily, Benolds pulled through delivering an outstanding custom piece that matched the other band extremely well! I am so happy with the final product, as well as the process where they were highly communicative so I always knew about the progress and pricing. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan on the project, and really appreciate his attention to detail and transparency. Very happy to give my strongest recommendation to the Benolds! 5 /5 lanes m: I cannot express my gratitude for Hallie enough. My partner and I went into Benold’s as our first stop for engagement ring shopping and we had a fantastic experience with her. She was thorough and very kind. I ultimately ended up pursuing a different ring that I wanted to explore the idea of having custom set with her. She kindly called me to discuss my options and the prices I had received from other jewelers transparently. I needed a sanity check, and she gave it to me. There was absolutely nothing for her to gain by talking with me (and talking with me on her ride home from work, by the way) as Benold’s doesn’t carry the gemstone manufacturer I am looking for, but even still she took her personal time to talk with me about it and give me her insight. 5 /5 Matthew Schneider: My now-fiancée and I started ring shopping knowing basically nothing. We went to a handful of stores around Austin and had some decent experiences, but when we walked into Benold’s, everything changed. Hallie greeted us and within minutes, she clearly saw that we were in over our heads. Instead of trying to rush us into a decision, she taught us. She spent hours walking us through the different types of rings, stones, settings—you name it. She was kind, patient, and genuinely excited to help us figure out what we wanted. When it came time to pick the diamond, Hallie was awesome—she worked with me on timing to make sure the ring would arrive in time for the proposal I had planned. When the ring came in, the setting wasn’t quite right, but she immediately helped me come up with a plan so I could still propose, and then spent the next few months working to make sure the final design was exactly what we’d envisioned. And here’s the wild part: when it was finally ready (and absolutely perfect), they apologized for the delay and didn’t charge me anything extra. I was honestly blown away. I was just happy it turned out right—but that level of care and integrity is rare. My fiancée is obsessed with the ring. She gets compliments on it constantly and loves it even more than I’d hoped. All in all, working with Hallie was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She made the whole process feel special. If you’re shopping for a ring in Austin, skip the rest and go straight to Benold’s.
