Michael Morris The staff at this location have gone above and beyond for me! My 93 year old grandmother broke her ring finger and could no longer wear her engagement ring. After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her. This small gesture made such a difference to me that I will only shop at this location from now on.
