5 /5 Shari Wolf: April 2025 update: Since my last update we have added another bar (charm) to my necklace, and also had my other bars (charms) cleaned and refurbished. The customer service, and quality, is as wonderful as always. Still love my necklace ... SO MUCH!!! March 2023 update: Since my original purchase, we have added two bars (charms) to my necklace. And we have had the original bars refinished (I wear the necklace virtually every day). I cant say enough about the customer service / support. Nor about the quality. I am still so thrilled with my purchase. Original post from 2019: I LOVE MY NECKLACE!!!!!! Ive been admiring a similar piece that I noticed on an acquaintance several years ago. My husband decided it would be a perfect birthday present for me. I was so anxious about ordering this, having never tried it on, and whether I would love it. Received the necklace on Monday this week, and havent taken it off since! I LOVE IT! Love it, love it, love it! Everything about the ordering / processing / delivery process was professional. Im so happy we followed through with our purchase.
