Karina Khan My husband and I drove 40 minutes multiple times just to come to this location because Shamsha and Maddee made our dream ring come true. I was finally able to get my husband the ring he deserves! They designed a ring we fell in love with by changing only 15 percent of the original design in order for my husband to get it in sterling silver! Thank you so much to the store manager as well who called us multiple times so he could update us. Love this location!

melissa cruz I bought my gold here and recently brought it back for cleaning they did an absolutely amazing job! My jewelry looks brand new again. The staff was professional, friendly, and took great care of my pieces. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and people who truly care about their customers.

walter kelley Before I went to order my son’s class ring I decided to check the reviews for the Balfour store in Longview Tex that is the closest to me and I went down the line of reviews for that store and I must say I was a little worried about it because some reviews were ruff around the edges however I made the trip anyway hoping for the best.turns out don’t always believe what you hear.maybe those people who had given bad reviews really felt the need to complain about there bad experience they might of had however I must say my experience there was great. The staff could not have been better on my visit they took the time to go over everything we us and I must say they were very polite and helpful in making a choice for a nice ring for my son.thanks so much for being great

Rachel Campbell They dont do what you bring in your jewelry for. I brought in my cross pendant to have the posts that hold my cross to the necklace replaced. 2 wore out completely of the 3 from my necklace. They charged me $79. I was fine with that. (A little more than another jeweler had quoted but that was so we a year ago.) Said they would replace the "prongs". I said fine BUT I AM BRINGING IT TO HAVE THE POSTS THAT HOLD THE NECKLACE TO THE CROSS REPAIRED! so my cross doesnt fall off my necklace BECAUSE ONLY ONE POST IS STILL IN TACT! I showed them in the store REPEATEDLY. Wrote it down ON THE TICKET WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED! They kept it 2 days and "fixed the prongs" - there was NOTHING wrong with my prongs on the diamonds! And did NOT FIX THE POSTS AT ALL. When I called they said bring it back and we will fix it for no charge. IN FACT THEY GROUND DOWN THE EDGES WHERE THE POSTS HAD BEEN AND WORN THROUGH IN THE CENTER OF THEM! I dont.know what the deal is but I dont.trust them now. I barely trusted them before! But thought they couldnt possibly screw up replacing the gold posts! But they showed me! I have had this cross for years (DECADES!) and it is very sentimental to me! I am so frustrated they wanted to argue when I called saying that "they fixed the prongs." That WASNT the job!! The job was replace the 2 posts! There are supposed to be 3 posts that hold the cross to the necklace. It actually looks like they ground off the edges of the 2 other posts!! Making it harder for me to get it repaired now!! I will NEVER trust them again!

Kelsey Palmer Kind, trustworthy, good people. Mr Rogers himself was able to fix my bent Ring Wrap before I even made a lap around his store! I was shocked when he said no charge. Hard to find good business owners like him anymore. We will definitely be back to get a watch fixed as well as make some purchases to support his small business. They have some gorgeous opals, diamonds, turquoise, and many other precious stone jewelry. As well as Fiesta ware and other glass ware and trinkets. Im sure Ill bend my Ring Wrap many more times in my life and Ill take it to him every time.
