I had a custom bracelet made, and they followed up with a concern about the weight being a bit more than the online options. They explained everything clearly, and while I did pay a little more, they still honored a very fair price. The craftsmanship—just from the picture—looks excellent, and I’m beyond excited to receive my order. Great customer service and beautiful work!

No pressure to buy, never charge for their professional opinion. He cleaned my pendant coin with no charge! Will do business with them again!
