Brian As a first time watch buyer, would driving 6 hours in a day for the sole purpose of visiting L Majors Jewelers be a successful endeavor? The answer as exemplified by the photo of my new Glashütte Original watch is a resounding: absolutely! In my online research I had presumed a few things: Glashütte Original has amazing craftsmanship, the PanoMaticLunar captures my personality, L Majors Jewelers is the ideal place to experience an amazing first time purchase, and the staff are incredible. Today’s visit proved beyond true on all accounts. Melania, Michael, and the whole staff curated an amazing experience for me as I navigated from the basics (how to latch/unlatch the watch) to the values (history of the watch maker) to the practical (does this fit my personality). I am extremely happy with my first purchase and look forward to referring anyone that ever expresses interest in this amazing time piece to a place that values luxury, yet down to earth; tradition, yet leaving a legacy for the future, and exclusivity, yet with quality to match. Thank you for guiding me to the absolute perfect watch…for now.

It really stood out to me that the level of attention and care remained just as genuine each time I visited. A special mention goes to Sonia, the sales associate who assisted me throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and proactive in keeping me informed. Her communication was always clear and timely, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. As a premium jeweler, the store also stood out for how well it was maintained and managed; the ambiance matched the quality of the products and service. Id gladly recommend it to those who appreciate good service and a professional touch.

Wendy Norman I love Segner’s Jewelers in Bee Cave, Tx. I left my wedding ring and another ring to put ring guards on because they are so loose on my fingers. They were only $18! They worked with me and were able to pick them up on July 3rd! They fit great now!

Maria Tristan I’ve purchased several items from S&S. The customer service is amazing here. Seriously, other places at downtown McAllen try to push stuff on you or want you to choose quickly or keep it moving making it seem like you’re wasting their time - not here. They let you take your time on choosing items, of course I don’t take advantage as I know they have many customers. Each item I’ve picked which include earrings, necklace, and rings, (for myself and as gifts)are beautiful and the best prices I’ve found.

They took the time to ensure me it could be repaired beautifully! They walked me through every detail of the process and repairs! When I received my ring back it was more than I expected! Absolutely restored to my original ring, and better!! The repair jeweler did an amazing job!! I could go on and on!!! Absolutely incredible!!!

Yavriel Sechelle Incredible service. Incredibly friendly person. Great and talented artist. My (now)wife and I went there to get my mothers wedding ring resized for our wedding. Sonya was very happy and excited to do it for us, and asked us how quick we needed it. We told her no biggie, the wedding was still a few weeks away(at that time. We had to move the date up), so whenever she could get it done in that time would be great. The next day, less than 24 hours later in fact, she called us to let us know she had it done, because she was so excited for us to get married, and wanted us to have it as soon as possible. She even put the ring in a display case with other rings to give us a jewelry store experience, as in my wife could choose what ring she wanted. Very fun and sweet of her to add that bit of playfulness into the business. The ring was resized perfectly, and she cleaned it up nicely, which was something she took the initiative to do without asking. Consumate professional. This is Exactly why you shop local, and support local businesses. Try finding that brand of humanity and thoughtfulness in a big box retailer of any kind. Thank you, Sonya!
