1 /5 Trinity Johnson: I had to cancel my order less than a week prior to when I needed it because the company failed to deliver within the timeline they originally assured me. I was very clear that this piece was for a once-in-a-lifetime milestone event, and I trusted them to follow through. They didn’t. Their poor communication and inability to manage orders properly caused a lot of stress and disappointment. If you’re ordering for something time-sensitive or meaningful, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Every time, Mo gives us his recommendation, and we have to decide to either send in the watch for service or with our permission, he tries to work on it right there. Of course, we understand we have to take chances. We think -the watch is probably trash,- which its something we have done before, throw it away. We take our chances and give it a try. We were able to strike a great deal with my trade in and he even made adjustments to my watch band for free while educating me on the overall operation of my unique watch. Highly recommended!
