Lauryn is personable, knowledgeable, and made the process a pleasure from start to finish. 3 /5 Jillian Cruzet: Had an appointment with Tracy yesterday and it didnt feel like she was very enthusiastic. I was pretty excited to look for engagement rings, especially since it was my first time out to look with my best friend, but not being greeted with warmth wasnt great. Were interested in doing a custom ring, which they would have a team for. Im just not inclined to work with them further because of this experience.

We were greeted and saw a few options but were encouraged to make an appointment so we could fully look through options. We made an appointment and had my wishlist sent for the appointment with Deante a few weeks later. Deante took his time with us, really allowing me to mill through my options. We ended up ordering my engagement ring that day and picked it up when it came in a few weeks later and everything looked great! I had a wonderful experience and can’t thank the staff enough!
