Lisa collaborated with her team to offer some repair options that would keep it from breaking again. They think out of the box for you. This is a very special piece to me and they engraved the inside beautifully. Ranch Road is very personable and professional. I definitely recommend them!

They are decently priced and only carry the highest quality merchandise. They make the best custom made items, and if you ever find yourself with ANY piece of jewelry that needs fixing, but you just dont know who you can trust, well this is the place to go to. Josh was incredibly quick and accommodating to my deadline, and worked one-on-one with me every step of the way. Using their CAD design software, they customized the ring exactly to my vision, brainstorming ideas together until we landed on a perfect design. Their pricing was also fantastic for the quality and service I received. The entire process felt seamless, personal, and stress-free. Jay The diamond in my college ring popped out, and I called around at a couple jewelry locations nearby. Moses helped me and completed the repair job in three days. Much faster than the other jewelers. When I picked it up, I was very amazed on how beautiful my ring looked and shined bright. Moses and his staff, Mia are very friendly.
