I was able to work with Abid to design the engagement ring, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined! From the very beginning, Abid was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He guided us through the design process with care and expertise, offering insightful recommendations without ever being pushy. You can really tell he’s passionate about what he does and genuinely wants his customers to be happy. He also helped me design the wedding band that fits perfectly snug next to the engagement ring! Our experience of selecting a magnificent diamond, designing an incredible ring from scratch, and eventually getting engaged with a spectacular piece of art was nothing short of incredible. From the start, Suzanne helped us feel as comfortable as possible with the process of selecting a stone. She helped source a beautiful diamond and involved us in the process of ensuring its quality. Moving to the design portion, we had a rough sketch with some additional thoughts on which to build a design. Using our suggestions, Suzanne was able to quickly synthesize a CAD rendition of just what we described and then worked graciously with us to finely tune the design to make it exactly what we were looking for. From there, she and her team helped to create a magnificent ring which helped make for a most memorable engagement day. Mike Herrera They have done an excellent job in repairing and cleaning our jewelry. They even resized our wedding rings. They also gave us a good price on upgrading my wife’s diamond in her wedding ring. They used her old diamond chips and put it in a pendant for her. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Jenni Romano I was very hesitant to use American Blue Diamonds after reading the reviews online, but I am so glad I didnt let all of the negative reviews sway my initial judgement! Linh was absolutely fantastic. She communicated with me during the entire custom order process, with almost instantaneous updates when I asked for them. My ring arrived today and it is absolutely stunning! She was also able to negotiate the price of the ring, and I know after shopping around, that Linh gave me a fantastic price. When the ring designer messed up my order, Linh was quick to apologize for their mistake and even sent me a lovely gift from American Blue Diamonds, even though it was not their error. I would highly recommend Linh and American Blue Diamonds. I truly had an exceptional customer service experience with them!
