Andre Wardian Roger went above and beyond with the workmanship and attention he spent on creating this piece. I gave him a design and was shocked to see how much care, detail, and time he spent on the project. The project initially took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the extra time spent getting it just right. I will definitely be back for another project! Needless to say, customer service was fantastic and pricing was always fair. Thank you for giving a second life to a family heirloom that was passed down!

Denise Mills Excellent customer service at a reasonable price! They replaced a broken earring post. It looks great and its stronger than the original. Its like new...I cant tell that it was damaged! They also replaced my watch battery. Both repairs were done within 24 hours! Fast, friendly and professional! Ill definitely go back...highly recommended!

I took a ring that was handed down to me and has been in my family for five generations now, and Raluca helped me to figure out what to do in order to make the ring like new again. The jeweler rebuilt the prongs, resized and rhodium plated the ring for me, and it turned out fantastic. Now I am able to wear the same ring that my great-great grandfather wore many years ago.
