Colin Marlborough My Wife and I visited Lufkin to attend our Granddaughters wedding whilst there my wife decided to have her engagement ring remodelled and a repair to an ear ring post that had detached from its bed. Miss Amanda seen to our requirements and advised us what was available and could be used in the remodelling , due to time constraints we had a very short window to have the work completed. Miss Amanda spoke with the Jeweler Mr Simon and he advised us the jewelry would be ready the following day. Revisited the following day, and my Wife was over the moon the ring was outstanding and the ear rings back repaired . They had different old-school toys from where I was a kid clothing purses food items even a section strictly for him great place to find a gift or even pick up something for the babies ( yes they have baby jewelry bracelets and rings)

greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

Kiefer has been so great at helping me out, even when he’s off the clock! And Veronica always calls me on anything important. They have definitely gotten me through so tough times! Sylvia Jaramillo We have been customers of Eve’s Custom Jewelry for some years now, mostly obtaining services for minor jewelry repairs, cleaning, etc. In June 2024, I damaged my anniversary ring which included losing one of the small diamonds. Eve’s replaced the missing diamond and now my anniversary ring shines brilliantly and looks better than new! I also inquired about how best to keep my wedding rings from turning sideways and upside down on my finger. After speaking with Nancy, she recommended fusing the two rings together, widening the band and squaring out the bottom to balance the weight. Nancy very meticulously explained the process and provided a sketch of the finished product. I picked my wedding ring up this past weekend and I am ecstatic!!! For the first time in 35 years, I can actually see the diamonds on the top of the ring. No more slipping sideways and upside down. I can’t stop looking at it. From the top, it still looks like two separate rings in the set. I love, love, love, the squared bottom. This is it exactly what was needed. No other jeweler had ever recommended this so I had resorted to just “living with it”. Not anymore! Thank you Nancy for giving me the perfect, original wedding ring! I can’t wait to work with you on the additional custom pieces using my parents’ wedding bands! I highly recommend Nancy and team at Eves’s Custom Jewelry. They are best in class jewelry professionals who are attentive to their customers needs. Eve’s produces exceptional pieces and provides high quality work at reasonable prices.

Gayathri Iyer This is my second favorite store in the Rockport area. They have so many fun coastal and beach themed stuff and dress and tops. They also have gifts and other unique decor items. They have a lot to choose from and yet the place looks so neat and inviting. I just loved how they decorated the store and it definitely reminds that you are at beach. I just wish their tops and dresses they carried in XL because they were so adorable. The last size I found was Large.
