The engraver stayed until I made a decision and the item was ready promptly and gift wrapped. I would definitely recommend Murphey the Jeweler!

Shelby Benigar Brittnay is seriously one of the sweetest people I’ve come across! She is incredibly personable, and such a delight to have a conversation with. She was able to fix an anklet I got in Hawaii that posed a little bit of a challenge, and I bought a piece of jewelry while I was there that I love. If I ever get more permanent jewelry locally it will definitely be with her again! Thank you so much for such a pleasant visit.

Julia-Marie Reyes This a true family owned operation. The KINDEST people work here and they really treat you like family! I have had jewelry repaired here and most recently they created a custom ring that has three generations of stones. The craftsmanship is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice!!!! Tara Mustafa What an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked it to this beautiful store. We came in to get a bracelet that my bestie wanted to get me for my birthday. We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. These ladies are excellent staff who bring light to the location! Thank you for an amazing experience. We ended up with 2 gold bracelets and charms. Cannot wait to add to our collection with the next special occasion!

Dan S A great JCPenney to shop for whatever you need that JCPenney happens to sell. This location is clean, organized, and has friendly service. I couldnt complain about this store if I tried, nor do I have much more to say about this, so Ill share a story about this store: Once, back in 1991, I was shopping with my dad in this store. We were in the jeans section, and there was a little TV playing a Levis ad, on loop. It was for their large style jeans, and the commercial had a reggae song about "livin large". Fast forward to the modern era, and I am able to find that ad on YouTube. So, what I do is I enter Penneys from the north entrance and cue up the ad on my phone so I can share the joy. I do this every year at least once.

What stood out the most was how genuine she was—she wasn’t pushy about making a sale but really took the time to understand what I wanted.
