I got the lifetime warranty included and they have always honored its terms. Went today to get the wedding band and another enjoyable interaction. Lisa Garcia We went in yesterday around 5 when they would usually be open, but they were closed until Monday to finish repainting the shop. They were very hard at work painting but the owner was gracious enough to open up the door for my father who was in need of a last minute birthday gift. She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to purchase a ring! They even wrapped the gift for us. 10/10 would recommend purchasing form this jewelry shop
