Joseph W. Guillory These folks are the best jewelers around. I asked them if they could make me a custom fathers pinky ring and they hit it completely out the park. My wife, daughters and granddaughter just love the way it looks. Being able to show it off to others and the amazing response I get from people is just great. If anyone would like a custom made ring and are looking for someplace with high quality design, craftsmanship and the greatest customer experience please go to these people. If I could give them ten stars I would. 5 stars is just not enough for level of service they provide.

Betty Peet I am new in town and needed some jewelry cleaned and an unusual change made to an old gold necklace. The Clerk spent a lot of time helping, advising and cleaning my pieces...while I waited, free of charge! The change on my other piece was made overnight, at a very reasonable cost, with an offer to buy back gold that was cut off the necklace. All of the transactions were above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so nice and helpful, too!

It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!

Newman instantly made me feel like I want to be a lifelong customer. I can’t explain it, but you have to experience this place for yourself. You have to walk in the store and talk with that staff, because Another Time and Place is an experience, not just a shop. The craftsman ship and knowledge blew my mind. Truly my new favorite store! Chris Mcclellon My wife bought earrings from Jeff at Oktoberfest. We accidentally left the bag on the table next to his stand and left. We realized about an hour later we didn’t have the earrings and went back hoping Jeff may have picked up the bag. Unfortunately someone had taken off with them. Jeff was out of stock of the ones she loved, but Jeff told her to pick another pair she liked and he would mail her a replacement pair once he made more at no charge and to just email him. He made a replacement pair and shipped them out to us today. My wife was ecstatic today. The earrings are great quality and the owner is amazing.
