Moet T I wouldnt take my fine jewelry nowhere else. Bought pendant in an auction and the bail for chain was too small. Brought it to Flores and within 10 minutes he had a solution. They called me before the time frame of completion was done(finished early). They sent me a picture of product and went out of there way to ship it to me in Colorado. Wonderful team and staff. Paul D My wife purchased me a seiko watch online which I first took to 2 other jewelry stores to have the watch band adjusted to my size one of which broke the pins holding the band together. I then went to Paramount Jewelers around closing time and their manager and watch repair specialist had to back to me the very next day adjusted to my size free of charge. Will definitely be using Paramount in the future for any of my jewelry needs.
