All I had to do was cover the shipping cost, and they would restore it to its original condition. Well, we just got the ring back—and it looks brand new! We’re beyond thrilled. 5 /5 Christina Renee: So I bought my ring from oore jewelry. It’s online and it was my dream ring. However, I’m dumb and accidentally got an emerald on my wedding band. I went to Nachols to get the two rings welded together, 14k rose gold, and resized down two sizes. Staff was super nice and I told them about the emerald. I said if they have a sapphire, it’s 1.5mm and I would be so happy but if not, can we replace it with a Moissanite diamond. They called me a few days later, said they can order a sapphire but need my permission and it shouldn’t take too long to replace. Not even 5 business days and my ring was ready for pickup and it is GORGEOUS. 10/10 recommend. Super speedy!
