She took her time to explain to us and answer all our questions. Loved our new piercings!! Highly recommend this place, very welcoming and great customer service!

If you are in the area and interested in rockhounding, gems, minerals or jewelry making (and many other activities), give them a look and see if there is something for you.

I wanted an emerald engagement ring, and Gabe worked tirelessly to overnight ring settings and emeralds from around the country to get my ring made in TWO DAYS. I cannot express how grateful we are and how perfect my ring is. We couldnt have done it without Gabe and his family. 100/10 recommend.

Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

She doesn’t treat you like just a number , she really focuses on building a relationship with a client and understanding their needs and wants out of their desired product. I purchased my very first Rolex here and I’m extremely happy with my experience at this store. I will most definitely be back as they have one of the best selections of jewelry and time pieces I have seen. Thanks again Molly! 10/10 service.
