1 /5 Dorothy Brown: This was my first time in this store and most likely my last. I was waiting to be rung up at the register and some older strawberry blonde woman rudely told me she was not capable of helping ring customers up, meanwhile the poor girl on the register had streaked makeup from crying which I am assuming is from said older blonde woman who stares down customers and was asking where everything in her store was located. The older woman was the manager I am guessing and couldn’t perform basic register tasks which seems like poor management and bad hiring. I have heard great things about this location but unfortunately it surely lacks customer service from its management. Why are your employees in tears and why is management not properly trained?
