Jessica Thomas has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of finding the perfect men’s wedding band. She worked with me over several weeks, helping me explore options, answering all my questions, and making sure I felt confident in my choice. Jessica is not only knowledgeable—she’s also incredibly friendly, patient, and caring. I truly felt like she was invested in helping me find the ring. We’ve placed the order and I’m currently awaiting delivery, but I already know we’re going to love it. Highly recommend this location and especially Jessica for anyone shopping for meaningful jewelry!

5 /5 Scott Raisi: I’ll be honest, I can be a typical guy sometimes and wait until the last minute to get birthday gifts, so, as my wife’s birthday rapidly approached, I wondered in to my local Kay jewelers as I’ve done before and was greeted by Jessica. She helped me pick out the perfect birthday gift and I was out the door in no time. Jessica wasn’t pushy by any means, but showed me many different options at different price points and made sure I left with the perfect gift. I’ll definitely be back in the future, next time with a little more time to spare.

I can admit that I am super indecisive when it comes to forever plans, and when my fiancé and I came in searching for the perfect wedding ring she helped us the whole way through. She gave great advice and opinions on the rings I tried on, along with helping find one that matched my exact desires. I had brought it a photo of one I created online, and expressed how much I desired that look. We tried different options just to be safe and ended up finding two that looked very similar. One lab grown and one natural. We went with the natural stone and I am so pleased with how she made us feel! Customer service was excellent and she went above and beyond to assist us. Educated on all the materials used for the ring and how Kay works with their customers for cleanings and resizing. They were also able to take my engagement ring in for cleaning that was not bought from there for a small charge and I’m excited to see them both when they come back!! I appreciated Jessica’s patience and help through this special occasion! Glad we made the stop in to meet her! She was perfect! Thank you!!
